Brianza businesses honored at Teatro alla Scala

The 2026 “Impresa e Lavoro” awards, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza, Brianza, and Lodi, were held at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. The ceremony honored companies and workers for their long-standing professional history and contribution to the local economy.

In the Brianza region, 43 companies and 28 workers received recognition. Among the notable recipients was Moka Kenya, a Desio-based coffee roaster founded in 1953, which received the special “Impresa e Valore” award for its commitment to social responsibility, training, and community engagement.

Nineteen companies associated with APA Confartigianato Imprese Milano Monza e Brianza were also honored. The award criteria required businesses to have at least 25 years of continuous activity. Recognized sectors included furniture manufacturing, automotive repair, photography, and printing. Notable long-standing businesses included Pozzoli, celebrating 60 years, Tipografia Rusconi with 50 years, and Autofficina Greco with 49 years.
