Brick bake bakers expands to Fukuoka; FOOD STADIUM TOKYO celebrates anniversary

Brick bake bakers by Pâtisserie ease, a specialty craft financier shop ranked number one for souvenirs at Tokyo Station, will open its second location at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi on September 16, 2026. This marks the brand's first expansion outside of the Tokyo area. The Fukuoka branch will offer seven standard flavors alongside two regional exclusives: an Amaou strawberry financier and a sweet-and-salty mentaiko financier.

In Tokyo, FOOD STADIUM TOKYO held an anniversary event titled ‘Fustafes GOOD FOOD, GOOD CHEERS!’ to celebrate its second year of operation. The event, which ran from June 15 to July 2, 2026, featured various entertainment activities including menu voting, performances by Yoshimoto Kogyo comedians, and DJ sets. The venue also hosted public viewings for the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches involving Japan.
