Bridgestone Construction secures approval for Trafford Waters homes
A joint venture between Bridgestone Construction and Rotheo has received Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator for Anchor Residency. The project consists of 208 build-to-rent homes located within the 53-acre Trafford Waters masterplan area.
The development will feature a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments along with resident amenities. This approval follows the partnership’s recent success in clearing the same regulatory stage for the Nexus House development in Salford.
