Bridgestone Indonesia launches first TOMO Signature in East Java

PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia has expanded its after-sales service network in East Java with the official transformation of Masuka Tires in Madiun into TOMO Signature Masuka Tires. This facility marks the first TOMO Signature outlet in the East Java region.

Located on a 1,300-square-meter site, the outlet operates under a ‘one stop automotive solution’ concept. It provides comprehensive vehicle maintenance services, including Bridgestone tire products and repair facilities equipped with modern technology such as 3D wheel alignment machines. The center is staffed by sales advisors and technicians certified by the Bridgestone Indonesia Education Center (BINEC).

Bridgestone Indonesia President Director Mukiat Sutikno stated that the upgrade aims to balance high-quality products with premium service standards and customer experience. The transformation follows a partnership with Masuka Tires, formerly known as Maju Putra Ban, which has lasted for over ten years.
