Bridor introduces seasonal snack recipes for convenience locations

Bridor has introduced a series of seasonal recipe concepts designed to enhance the snack and dessert offerings at gas stations and convenience locations during the autumn and winter months. Utilizing frozen viennoiserie products, the company proposes three specific applications to adapt menus to the colder season.

The proposed recipes include a croissant pudding made with day-old croissants, egg milk, caramelized apples, and lemon zest. A second option features a butter-couque with a speculoos spread filling, intended for the pre-Christmas period. The third variation is a Bun’N’Roll filled with orange fillets and dark chocolate ganache, supplemented with orange extract and Grand Marnier.
