Bella, who is currently recovering from a scapula injury sustained at SummerSlam, mentioned that doctors have raised the possibility of an autoimmune disease affecting her gut. She has previously struggled with gluten and dairy sensitivities. Bella described experiencing severe pain during certain triggers, noting that the discomfort has at times caused her to drop to her knees.
