Brighton advances to Conference League after Tromso victory

Brighton & Hove Albion has secured a place in the UEFA Conference League following a 4-0 victory over Norwegian side Tromso in the second leg of their play-off tie. After a goalless first leg in Norway, the Seagulls dominated the return match at the Amex Stadium with goals from Charalampos Kostoulas, Maxim de Cuyper, Mats Wieffer, and Oliver Boscagli.

Following the qualification, Brighton’s opponents for the league phase have been determined. The club will host AS Monaco, Universitatea Craiova, and Kauno Zalgiris at home. Their away fixtures include matches against Panathinaikos, Getafe, and Jablonec. The league phase will consist of six matches played between October and December.
