Brăila records two fatal incidents leaving families mourning

A 44‑year‑old woman lost her life in a workplace accident on Insula Mare in Brăila when several bales loaded on a machine fell onto her, causing fatal injuries. Emergency crews required heavy equipment to retrieve her body, and she was later taken to the forensic laboratory for autopsy.

In a separate case, a 31‑year‑old man named Ionuț, father of two children, was found dead in his Brăila house after apparently taking his own life. Police opened a criminal investigation and the body was sent for necropsy. Both incidents have left the local community in shock and the victims' children without a parent.
