BRILink Agent Narsun expands social protection for 7,000 workers

Narsun, a BRILink Agent based in Bandung, has successfully expanded social protection coverage to more than 7,000 informal workers. For his achievements in facilitating financial and social security services, he received an award, including a car, from the leadership of BRI and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Narsun began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with a small mobile phone and credit counter. In 2014, he transitioned into a BRILink Agent through the BRI Unit Bandung Naripan after being approached by a BRI officer. Although he initially viewed the agency banking concept as a minor side business, he eventually leveraged the platform to provide essential financial and social insurance services to the local community.
