Brilla Sarita announces spring gastronomic fair in Paraguay

The Brilla Sarita gastronomic and cultural fair has announced its spring edition, scheduled for October 3 at Parque República del Paraguay. The event is opening a call for applications for food vendors, brewers, businesses, and independent entrepreneurs.

Applications are open from August 10 to August 25. This edition introduces a new sector specifically for micro-entrepreneurs and independent projects focusing on local design, crafts, and original productions. Selection is based on quality and presentation, with limited spots available through a digital application process.
