Brings celebrates 35th anniversary with star-studded concert in Cologne

The Cologne-based band Brings celebrated its 35th anniversary with a large open-air concert at Roncalliplatz, held in front of the Cologne Cathedral. Approximately 5,000 fans attended the free event on Saturday, September 5.

The celebration featured surprise appearances by prominent German entertainers Stefan Raab and Florian Silbereisen. Raab joined the band on stage with a ukulele to perform the hit song ‘Superjeilezick’ and played a rock version of ‘Highway to Hell’ dedicated to the football club 1. FC Köln. Silbereisen also participated, performing ‘Polka, Polka, Polka’ on the harmonica.

The setlist included other notable tracks such as ‘Su lang mer noch am Lääve sin’ and ‘Poppe, Kaate, Danze’.
