Brisbane Roar signs forward Maja Markovski

Brisbane Roar has signed forward Maja Markovski on a one-year deal ahead of the 2026/27 A-League Women season. Markovski brings significant experience to the squad, having won back-to-back championships with Melbourne Victory in the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons.

Most recently, Markovski played for FC Bulleen Lions in the NPL, where she earned the Golden Boot with 20 goals and was named NPL Women’s Player of the Year. She also previously played for Canberra United. Brisbane Roar Head Coach Johnathan Clemente noted that Markovski provides proven goal-scoring depth and versatility across the front four.
