Bristol Airport announces new restaurants for £400m upgrade
Bristol Airport has announced the addition of four new restaurants as part of a £400 million upgrade to its departure lounge. The expansion aims to enhance the passenger experience through increased dining variety.
Bill’s is scheduled to be the first to open in early summer 2027. This will be followed by Cosy Club, which marks the brand’s first location within an airport. Wagamama is expected to open next summer, offering both classic dishes and breakfast options. Finally, Tap + Brew, a bar and kitchen concept operated by SSP UK & Ireland, is slated to open next autumn. Tap + Brew will feature drinks from the local Bristol-based brewer Wiper and True.
