British Airways partners with Hoppers for Sri Lankan dining

British Airways has announced a partnership with the London-based restaurant group Hoppers to introduce Sri Lankan-inspired dining for Club World customers. The collaboration is set to launch on 23 October 2026 to coincide with the airline’s new flight route to Colombo.

The limited-time menu will feature signature dishes such as yoghurt vadai, Kalupol-spiced chicken served with lemon rice and beetroot curry, and Pollichathu Cod wrapped in banana leaf. For dessert, passengers can enjoy Watalappam bread pudding.

The themed experience extends to the ground, with the British Airways Club Lounge at London Gatwick offering a specially created Ceylon Pearl cocktail to provide destination-led immersion before boarding.
