FLO releases second album “Therapy At The Club”
British Grammy‑nominated girl group FLO has issued their sophomore album Therapy At The Club. The 16‑track record blends contemporary R&B and pop, exploring themes of desire, heartbreak, confidence and emotional healing as the night progresses from pre‑party preparations to the early‑morning aftermath. The trio co‑wrote and co‑produced the album with collaborators including Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, Boy Matthews, Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter, and released singles such as “Leak It” and “Don’t Break Her Heart”.
To promote the album, FLO debuted a music video for “Cry Ugly”, directed by Jake Nava (who has worked with Beyoncé) and released a special fan‑signing event at UMusic Shop NY on 10 August, where the group met fans and sold exclusive merchandise. The release has been highlighted in media across the UK, Poland and Germany, underscoring the group’s growing international profile.
