Human‑rights group Detained in Dubai reports that George has been held at Bur Dubai police station without access to a lawyer or translator, was forced to strip before male officers, and has been denied consular assistance from the United Kingdom. The organization is urging the British government to intervene and provide medical, legal and diplomatic support.
