British man found dead in Bali villa

A 24-year-old British man, identified as YR, was found dead in a villa in Kerobokan Kelod, North Kuta, Badung, on Saturday night. The body was discovered in Room 3 of Villa Jalak Bali at approximately 9:30 p.m. after villa staff grew concerned when the man had not been seen since the early hours of the day.

Local security and a pecalang opened the room with a duplicate key after the victim failed to respond to messages or knocks. Upon discovery, the victim's body was already stiff, and authorities noted fluid mixed with blood coming from his mouth. While the room was found in disarray, Badung Police stated that an initial examination showed no apparent signs of physical violence on the body.

Police secured several items from the scene, including a blender, two adjustable wrenches, two sets of L-shaped hex keys, and 18 bottles of NOW Inositol supplements. The body has been transported to Prof. Ngoerah General Hospital in Denpasar for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
