British motorsport events head to Scotland

Major British motorsport events are approaching in Scotland. The Motul ACU British Motocross Championship arrives at Duns for Round Seven, the penultimate stop of the 2026 season. Drew Stock holds a significant 273-point lead in the RFX 125 class, while the MX2 and U21 classes feature tighter competition. In the Apico MX1 class, Conrad Mewse leads Oriol Oliver by only 16 points, making it the most contested title fight.

Separately, the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) heads to Knockhill for Rounds 16, 17, and 18. Notable developments include Ricky Collard extending his deal with Team VERTU through the next three meetings, and Nick Halstead returning from retirement to race for Power Maxed Racing. The addition of Halstead marks the first time Power Maxed Racing will field a four-car lineup.
