British Royal Family residence portfolio undergoes changes

The British royal property portfolio has undergone changes following the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the coronation of King Charles III. Prince William and Princess Kate have moved from Adelaide Cottage to Forest Lodge, located in Windsor Great Park. Forest Lodge is a Grade II-listed Georgian mansion built in the 1770s, valued at approximately $16 million. The eight-bedroom property includes a ballroom, tennis court, and extensive grounds.

Other recent shifts in the royal housing landscape include King Charles III’s decision to strip his brother of his titles and his tenancy at Royal Lodge.
