Britney Spears alleges mistreatment by sister and ex-husband

Pop singer Britney Spears has issued a series of allegations against her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, and her former husband, Kevin Federline, via an Instagram post. Spears claimed that her family members made her feel “like a slave” and accused them of acting behind her back.

In her post, Spears alleged that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jamie Lynn prevented her from holding her niece, Ivy, during two-week visits to Louisiana. She also accused Federline of refusing to let her use the bathroom at his residence when she arrived to pick up their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Spears concluded her message by stating, “I will find a new family!!!” The outburst follows years of public tension regarding her former conservatorship, which ended in 2021.

Separately, reports indicate that Federline is facing significant financial pressure, allegedly owing over $117,000 to City National Bank following the conclusion of Spears’ monthly child support payments.
