BRK Syariah distributes 11,000 subsidized homes in Riau and Riau Islands

PT Bank Riau Kepri Syariah (BRK Syariah) has distributed approximately 11,000 subsidized housing units to residents in Riau and the Riau Islands. This achievement aims to increase homeownership access for low-income communities, civil servants (ASN), and government employees (PPPK).

As one of 43 banks trusted by the government through BP Tapera to distribute subsidized housing financing, BRK Syariah is strengthening its services through cooperation with the Dumai City Government and property developers. The bank plans to enhance its services in Dumai to provide faster and easier mortgage (KPR) processes and surveys for local residents. The program includes the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for both formal and informal sectors, supporting the national target of providing three million homes.
