BRN Construtora expands in São Paulo interior with R$ 180 million project

BRN Construtora has announced the creation of a new regional division in Bauru to coordinate operations across the Center-West region of São Paulo, including Botucatu, Marília, and Avaré. The company projects that its developments in this new region will have an estimated total sales value (VGV) of R$ 180 million and the potential to generate over 3,500 direct and indirect jobs during construction.

In Botucatu, the company has launched its first project, Parque Serrano Residencial. This development features 160 housing units across eight towers and is estimated to have a VGV of approximately R$ 34 million, with the potential to create more than 650 jobs. The project is already approved by Caixa Econômica Federal, and construction is expected to begin in August.
