Brøndby manager praises Marko Divkovic after victory

Brøndby manager Thomas Nørgaard praised Marko Divkovic following a significant victory over Lyngby at Brøndby Stadion. While young scorers Jacob Ambæk, Oskar Fenger, and Max Ejdum drew headlines, Nørgaard highlighted Divkovic as the standout performer.

Nørgaard noted that the Croatian left-back demonstrated exceptional tactical maturity and passing ability, specifically citing his skill in playing diagonal passes to bypass Lyngby's aggressive 4-2-2-2 press. The manager also commended Divkovic's defensive aggression and duel strength, noting significant growth since his return from a long-term injury. Despite the win, Nørgaard expressed dissatisfaction with the team conceding two goals due to random defensive lapses.
