Broad Arrow Farm opens The Rooting Pig restaurant in Bristol

Broad Arrow Farm in Bristol has opened a new farm-to-table restaurant named The Rooting Pig. Located inside the farm’s historic barn on the Pemaquid Peninsula, the establishment focuses on ingredients from the farm and other sustainable local sources.

The menu features pasture-raised pork, charcuterie, and seasonal dishes, complemented by Maine beer, wine, cocktails, and cider. The restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. at 33 Benner Road.
