Broadcasters to discuss D.C. policy at Forecast 2027

The Forecast 2027 leadership conference, scheduled for November 12 at the Harvard Club of New York City, will feature a session titled ‘Broadcast on the Docket: Power, Policy, and Pressure in Washington.’ The event aims to provide industry executives and station owners with insights into upcoming regulatory decisions from the FCC, Congress, and the White House.

Industry representatives from the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), FOX, and Salem Media Group will discuss critical policy issues. Key topics include changes to national TV ownership caps, radio ownership rules, the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act, AI adoption and disclosure, and EAS cybersecurity mandates. The session will be moderated by Frank Montero of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
