Broadcom and Kyndryl expand partnership for secure private cloud and AI

Broadcom and Kyndryl have expanded their strategic partnership to accelerate the development of secure, AI-ready private clouds using the VMware Cloud Foundation platform. The collaboration aims to help global enterprises modernize their private and hybrid cloud infrastructures by focusing on automation, digital sovereignty, and the management of mission-critical workloads.

Under the agreement, Kyndryl will provide end-to-end consulting and managed services, covering strategic architecture, platform modernization, and ongoing operational management. To support this initiative, both companies are investing in training thousands of certified specialists, including architects and consultants, to facilitate large-scale deployments.

The partnership addresses increasing enterprise demand for digital sovereignty, allowing highly regulated sectors to maintain strict control over data location, processing methods, and security policies. Following the announcement, Broadcom Inc. (AVGO) saw its stock rise by approximately 3.79%.
