Broadcom gains institutional buying as Northwestern Mutual and DNB increase stakes

Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. has raised its holding in semiconductor maker Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO), according to its latest SEC 13F filing. In a separate filing, Norway’s DNB Asset Management AS expanded its Broadcom position by 20.2% in the fourth quarter, bringing its stake to 1,658,559 shares.

Both filings show a trend of major institutional investors adding to their Broadcom allocations during the recent reporting period.
