Brock Bowers recovering from knee procedure ahead of Raiders return
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers is recovering from a meniscus trim performed in Dallas following knee discomfort. The procedure was conducted to address lingering issues after he previously played through a PCL strain and bone bruise.
Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak indicated that the injury is considered short-term, and the team opted not to place Bowers on injured reserve. While the organization is being cautious to ensure he is 100% before returning, there is a possibility he could return as early as Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano, the injury is not considered overly serious. If he does not return this week, the latest he is expected to be back is Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
