Brock Lesnar inducted into University of Minnesota Hall of Fame

Brock Lesnar, the former WWE Champion and UFC Heavyweight Champion, was inducted into the University of Minnesota’s M Club Hall of Fame on Friday, October 2. The ceremony took place at Huntington Bank Stadium as part of the university’s annual recognition of its varsity letterwinners.

Lesnar was one of ten members selected for the class of 2026. The induction honors his collegiate wrestling career at the university, where he was an NCAA Division I Heavyweight Champion in 2000. This athletic foundation served as the precursor to his professional success in combat sports and professional wrestling.

The recognition follows Lesnar’s recent retirement from professional wrestling, which he announced after his final match in August 2026. The university planned to continue celebrating the new Hall of Fame inductees throughout the weekend, including during the Golden Gophers' football game against Michigan.
