Bronx fentanyl packaging mill dismantled by law enforcement
Law enforcement agencies disrupted an active fentanyl packaging operation in a first-floor apartment in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. During the raid, officers discovered a two-year-old child inside the residence, which was located across from a daycare center and playground and near a public middle school.
Authorities seized approximately two kilograms of fentanyl mixtures, with an estimated street value exceeding $500,000. The seizure included tens of thousands of individual dose glassine envelopes, some featuring brand names such as ‘G. O. A. T. Greatest of all Time’, ‘Versace’, and ‘Exit 4’. Investigators noted the fentanyl was mixed with medetomidine, a potent veterinary tranquilizer.
Three adults were arrested and arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court. The defendants face multiple charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal facilitation, and unlawfully dealing with a child.
