Bronzi di Riace International Award heads to New York

The 25th edition of the Bronzi di Riace International Award is scheduled to take place in New York on September 17. Organized by Giuseppe Tripodi, president of the Pro Loco Città di Reggio Calabria association, the event aims to use the symbol of the Riace Bronzes to celebrate Italian excellence, merit, and identity globally.

The ceremony will be held at the Brooklyn Community Center and is expected to draw members of the Italian-American community, as well as various cultural and professional figures. The evening will feature two distinct award categories: the Bronzi di Riace International Award, recognizing individuals for their professional and human achievements, and the honorary title of ‘Ambassador of the Bronzi di Riace in the World,’ which honors personalities who promote Italian culture.
