Brooke Shields mystery series ‘You’re Killing Me’ secures global distribution

The murder-mystery series ‘You’re Killing Me’, starring Brooke Shields, has secured international distribution deals across Europe, Australia, and the Middle East and North Africa. Broadcasters such as UKTV, BBC Channels, Stan, Disney, and MBC have acquired the first season.

Produced by Shaftesbury and Topsail Entertainment, the drama follows a bestselling novelist who teams up with an aspiring writer and podcaster to investigate a murder. The series, which has been renewed for a second season by Acorn TV, explores themes of ageism and intergenerational cooperation.

Shields serves as an executive producer on the project. The second season is scheduled to enter production later this year and will be set in the town of Founder’s Cove, Maine.
