Brookfield Corporation maintains a complex corporate structure involving multiple entities. As the parent company, Brookfield Corporation (BN) holds approximately 74% of the asset manager, the insurance arm, and real estate interests. Its subsidiaries include Brookfield Asset Management (BAM), which manages over US$1 trillion in capital, as well as specialized asset buckets such as Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP), Brookfield Renewable (BEP), and Brookfield Business (BBU).

Separately, Brookwood Investment Group has announced it has surpassed US$1.5 billion in assets under management (AUM), a significant increase from approximately US$515 million in 2024.
