Brooks & Dunn confirm they are working on a new album

Country music duo Brooks & Dunn have revealed they are currently working on a new studio album. In a recent interview with CBS Mornings, Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks discussed the creative process and the necessity of compromise involved in songwriting.

This marks the first new original material from the duo in nearly two decades, as their last album of original songs, ‘Cowboy Town’, was released in 2007. The members noted that the process involves rigorous mutual criticism and honesty to ensure only the best songs make the final cut.
