Brooks Running names Cooper Kupp, Maddy Westbeld, and Oscar Bobb as global ambassadors
Brooks Running has appointed three new global ambassadors from diverse professional sports to highlight the foundational role of running in athletic performance. The new ambassadors include NFL wide receiver Cooper Kupp, WNBA forward Maddy Westbeld, and Premier League footballer Oscar Bobb.
This move marks a shift for the brand, which has not previously utilized non-running athletes as general brand ambassadors since its 2001 focus on performance running. The athletes will participate in global storytelling and content initiatives to demonstrate how running supports excellence across different competitive stages.
In addition to the ambassador program, Brooks is expanding its community support through initiatives such as the Future Run grant, which provides gear and funding to high school track and cross country teams. The brand is also launching a weekly Coach of the Week program through the Seattle Seahawks to support coaching staffs and high school football programs, including recognition for girls flag football.
