Browar w Warce receives Medal for Merit to the Warka Land

Browar w Warce has been awarded the Medal for Merit to the Warka Land (Medal za Zasługi dla Ziemi Wareckiej). The distinction recognizes individuals and institutions that contribute significantly to the development and promotion of Warka and its surrounding region.

The award coincides with the 705th anniversary of Warka and the 50th anniversary of the brewery's operations, which began in 1975. As a key facility within the Grupa Żywiec Group, the brewery is a major local employer and a significant component of the regional economy.

Patryk Cieślik, director of Browar w Warce, stated that the medal is a source of pride and a recognition of the work of many generations of employees. The brewery has focused on modernizing infrastructure and implementing environmental technologies to support Grupa Żywiec’s climate goals.
