BRS leader Jakkula Kiran Kumar booked for harassment and fraud

Neredmet police have registered a case against BRS leader Jakkula Kiran Kumar following allegations of deception, assault, financial exploitation, and caste-based abuse.

A former colleague filed a complaint alleging that Kumar concealed his marital status while entering a relationship with her and promising a business partnership. The complainant stated she invested significant time and approximately ₹30 lakh in borrowed funds into the venture.

The FIR also includes allegations of physical assault against the woman and her 10-year-old son, criminal intimidation, and the morphing of photographs to damage her reputation. Kumar, his wife Hemalatha Thupaki, and his sister Bhavani Mudiraj have been accused of caste-based humiliation. Investigations are currently underway.
