Model and TV personality Bruce Darnell, 69, shared insights into his lifestyle and philosophy in a recent interview. Darnell stated that he has only recently begun to practice self-love, noting, “I only started loving myself at 69.”

Despite his age, Darnell expressed that he has no intention of retiring, describing his current period as the best time of his life. He emphasized living in the present and managing his busy travel schedule more mindfully by arriving at destinations a day early to avoid stress.

Regarding his habits, Darnell maintains a relaxed approach to nutrition, enjoying items such as burgers, fries with ketchup, and Coca-Cola. He also mentioned that listening to Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing” is a staple of his morning routine.
