Bruce Dickinson announces first single from eighth solo album

Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson has announced the upcoming release of the first single from his eighth solo studio album. The single is expected to debut within approximately ten days to two weeks.

Dickinson indicated that the accompanying music video may be controversial, suggesting it could provoke a reaction from the Catholic Church. He stated the video's central theme is truth, critiquing a modern world where influencers, bloggers, and politicians speak frequently without listening or telling the truth.

The full album is scheduled for release in early 2027 under the BMG label. The recording process took place over a three-week session at Studio 606 in Northridge, California, where 18 tracks were produced. Dickinson emphasized that the material was recorded with his touring band and does not utilize artificial intelligence or samples.
