Bruce Dickinson finishes vocal recordings for upcoming solo album

Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson announced on July 31 that he has completed the vocal tracks for his next solo album, which is slated for release early next year. He posted a studio selfie with producer Brendan Duffey, noting that Duffey will now take the recordings to his high‑end mixing facility in Jupiter, Florida. The album, recorded earlier this year at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 in California with Dickinson’s touring band, will feature a collaboration with his 35‑year‑old son Austin Dickinson, formerly of Rise To Remain and As Lions. Bruce said the new record will include a key track written by his son and that he plans to shoot several music videos for the project in the coming weeks.

The solo effort follows Dickinson’s 2024 release The Mandrake Project and continues his partnership with producer Roy "Z" Ramirez and longtime band members. While details of the album’s title remain untitled, fans can expect preview tracks later this year.
