Tallulah Willis has shared a new photograph on Instagram featuring her father, actor Bruce Willis, offering a rare public glimpse into his life as he manages serious health challenges. The image, posted on September 28, shows Tallulah kissing her 71-year-old father on the forehead during a quiet moment.

Bruce Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and subsequently with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in 2023. FTD is a neurodegenerative condition that affects speech, language, behavior, and cognitive functions. Tallulah previously noted that his condition has remained stable, which the family views as a positive sign. She described her routine of visiting him as a way to remain fully present with him.

The recent social media post follows other significant family milestones, including Bruce's attendance at Tallulah's wedding to Justin Acee in August. The actor has largely withdrawn from public life since his diagnosis, supported by his wife, Emma Heming Willis, and his daughters.
