Brummers Rugby wins Super 12 second division title

The Brazilian Men's Rugby XV Super 12 championship saw significant developments across its divisions. In the second division, Brummers Rugby secured the RS-SC regional title after a 53-33 victory over Colonos in Ivoti. This win marks a milestone for the club as it undergoes a period of structural reconstruction. Other regional champions in the second division include Pé Vermelho and Niterói.

In the first division, Charrua has mathematically secured a spot in the final hexagonal stage despite a 48-31 loss to Farrapos. Other teams already qualified for the elite finals include Farrapos, Poli, São José, and Jacareí. The final qualifying spot remains contested between SPAC and Pasteur. Additionally, Poli finished the group stage with a perfect record after defeating São José.
