Bruna Marquezine and Shawn Mendes distribute 3,000 meals in Rio

Actress Bruna Marquezine and singer Shawn Mendes participated in a social initiative in Rio de Janeiro on Monday, October 31. The pair joined volunteers from the ‘Macarrão com Salsicha’ project, which is linked to the Paróquia Santa Rita de Cássia, to distribute food to people in vulnerable situations.

During the event, more than 3,300 meals were distributed. Mendes assisted in handing out water bottles, while Marquezine was responsible for delivering packages containing biscuits and water. The initiative is a weekly occurrence held every Monday to provide meals to those experiencing homelessness or food insecurity.
