Bruneck hosts Raiffeisen Beachcup with record participation

The Raiffeisen Beachcup held in Bruneck recently concluded, setting record participation numbers for the South Tyrolean beach volleyball scene. The tournament featured over 200 teams and 145 youth teams, highlighting the growing popularity of the sport in the region.

In the men's category, Isaak Seeber and Michael Burgmann claimed the state championship title after a competitive 2:1 victory against Laurin Zöschg and Martin Berger. The final set was decided with a score of 15:12. Theo Hanni and Thomas Berger secured third place.

In the women's category, Sarah Riva and Julia Mairhofer won the state title with a 2:0 victory over Eva Seeber and Anja Burgmann. Nora Gasser and Anika Bachmann finished in third place.
