Bruno Blancas hosts federal service day for Puerto Vallarta farmers
Federal Deputy Bruno Blancas Mercado organized a “Parlamento Abierto” (Open Parliament) event in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, to provide direct access to federal services for agricultural producers and ejidatarios. Held at the Ejido Puerto Vallarta facilities, the initiative aimed to bring government agencies directly to rural communities to facilitate administrative procedures and program enrollment.
Representatives from several federal institutions attended the session, including the Secretariat of Health, the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat), the Agrarian Attorney General's Office (Procuraduría Agraria), the National Water Commission (Conagua), and the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader). Participants received guidance on agrarian matters, natural resources, and health services, including a vaccination module provided by the Secretariat of Health.
During the event, Blancas delivered updated basic folders to 14 ejidos in Puerto Vallarta. These folders included updated registries, regulations, official plans from the National Agrarian Registry (RAN), and cadastral maps to assist with local land management and official measurements.
