Bruno Cardoso hospitalized in Natal after blood pressure drop

Bruno Cardoso, the vocalist for the group Sorriso Maroto, was hospitalized in Natal, Brazil, after experiencing a sudden drop in blood pressure. The incident occurred upon his arrival in the city on Saturday, following a period of gastroenteritis.

Cardoso reported that dehydration caused his blood pressure to drop immediately after landing. He was taken to the Hospital do Coração, where he underwent medical examinations and received intravenous hydration.

Despite the medical emergency, Cardoso was discharged and proceeded to perform at the Samba Brasil event. The event's schedule was temporarily adjusted to allow him time to recover, with other artists such as Thiaguinho, Belo, and the group Pixote coordinating changes to their performance times. Cardoso later expressed his gratitude to the medical staff and the audience for their support.
