Bruno Gagliasso expands real estate ventures in Rio de Janeiro

Brazilian actor Bruno Gagliasso is expanding his real estate portfolio with a new high-end development project named ‘Vistas de Membeca’ in Paraíba do Sul, located in the interior of Rio de Janeiro. The project has an estimated Total Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 20 million.

The development focuses on low occupancy and environmental preservation. A unique feature of the project requires buyers to contribute to local reforestation; the number of trees to be planted will be proportional to 10% of the value of each acquired plot. The architectural design for the leisure areas is handled by Duda Porto.

Planned amenities include a country club with pools, a gym, sauna, spa, wellness area, tennis and beach tennis courts, organic gardens, and sensory gardens. This venture follows Gagliasso’s previous investments in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro through his developer, Membeca Montanhas.
