Bruno García and Teo Rodríguez finish sixth at Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships

Spanish gymnasts Bruno García and Teo Rodríguez, representing the Flic Flac club, finished in sixth place at the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships held in Pésaro, Italy. Their performance marked the highest ranking achieved by the Spanish delegation at the event.

After qualifying for the final in fourth place following consistent preliminary rounds, the duo entered the final with a strong balance routine. However, a slight imbalance during a high-difficulty dynamic element—a somersault performed from hand-to-hand support—resulted in a fall, preventing them from contending for a medal. Their coach, Jorge Méndez, noted that the team chose to attempt the risky maneuver based on their stable performance throughout the season.
