Bruno Lage emphasizes attacking style ahead of Al-Diriyah vs Al-Taawoun match

Al-Diriyah FC head coach Bruno Lage has expressed confidence in his team’s preparation ahead of their upcoming Saudi Pro League match against Al-Taawoun. Lage emphasized his commitment to an attacking philosophy, noting that his goal is to ensure his team scores frequently regardless of the opponent's tactical setup.

Reflecting on a recent 0-3 loss to Al-Nassr, Lage noted that while his team remained organized and forced Al-Nassr into defensive positions, they lacked clinical aggression in the attacking third. He stated that improving offensive efficiency is a gradual process that requires time.

Regarding the upcoming fixture, Lage highlighted the competitive nature of the league and the tactical flexibility shown by Al-Taawoun under their new coach, Vuk Rasovíc. He expressed a desire to secure the club's first home victory as they currently sit ninth in the league standings with 11 points.
