Bruno Mars sets BC Place record with five Vancouver concerts

Bruno Mars has set a new record at Vancouver’s BC Place by performing five concerts during his ‘The Romantic Tour’ between October 14 and October 21, 2026. This achievement surpasses previous records held by Taylor Swift and The Jackson 5, who both held three shows at the venue.

The tour has generated significant local engagement. In a collaboration between TransLink and Warner Music Canada, Mars became the first musical artist to provide voice announcements for the SkyTrain at Stadium–Chinatown Station, with advertising revenue intended to support Metro Vancouver transit services.

Additionally, a high-demand pop-up collaboration featuring Hello Kitty and Bruno Mars merchandise has drawn large crowds to Granville Street. Local businesses have also participated in the festivities, such as Mello, a Korean donut shop, which scheduled a giveaway of limited-edition ‘The Romantic Donuts’ to celebrate the singer’s presence in the city.
